A large and rare to see Pileated Woodpecker visits a bird feeder in my Mom's back yard this winter 2010. He was here and gone so fast that we had to slow the video down some to get a good look at him. He's a beauty isn't he? Mom did a good job recording with her digital camera, GT did the video editing/slow-down.

These purple sunbird couple were regular visitors to my 2nd floor balcony garden when I put a homemade feeder for them.Note how the female evaded the attack by the male in their fight over the feeder but ultimately she retreated.This was recorded in the month of May-2010.
