Lightning strike too close to home

This was recorded June 13, 2009 a video from my front door in East Palatka FL. E 'was really bad and had to wear only flash for the camera. Lightning against the tree in my front yard and evaporates the chain, the inclusion of the bird house was. The sparks were vaporized from the chain. It 'blew up some of the bark from the tree and blew my potted plant from a tree (which was nailed to the tree).
