The structure visible to you would be of small squared dish with 4 sides to it. You may need to insert paper preferably a newspaper so that it can flatten down. Once the structure is ready all you need to do is put in the seeds into the feeder. Ideally this should be located at a post that is big enough or table which can hold the feeder.
